I often co-design and conduct research projects focused directly on the needs of companies and schools. The results are used to produce strategic practitioner and policy-oriented tools, as well as being published in academic journals.

My research examines the practices of dominant social classes and high-skilled professional groups: how does internationalisation and mobility mediate the desires and social relations of these highly-resourced groups across different contexts?
